Normally superiors shouted to their subordinates unreasonably is because they are lack of confidence and incapable. They felt unsecured and worry their subordinates will overtake/override their position in the company especially the subordinates are capable and knowledgeable than them.
If someone treats you badly, just remember that there is something wrong with them, not you. Normal people don’t go around destroying others human being.
Just ignore such kind of superiors. Save your times and Invest your energy into something is going to contribute your growth. Ganbatte ne ¯☆〜（ゝ。∂）
